Training in Career

Will there be training in the career mode? Like can I have a sixth man do prac and maybe get to the skill that they will be part of the main roster? Or will there be like prac/scrim amount that could improve the team but could also lead to burnout/retirement?

My plan is later on when a coaching system is added the player's ratings changes will be influenced by how good the coaching staff is.
