[FIXED] Custom Teams

If a custom team shares the same name as a team that already exists in custom tournaments when you try to add the custom team, it will add the team already in the game. For example, if you had a team you made called "Fnatic" with a different roster it will use the roster in the franchise league. This is at least the case for teams that you import.

No updates yet. This unfortunately will involve a lot of changes to the current implementation.

Quick fix would be to name the custom teams a diferent name.
