[FIXED] Custom teams don't appear in custom tournaments

Hey, first of all I just want to say I love the game, but unfortuantely I can not get old or new custom teams in the custom tournaments, if you could fix this please that would e very much appreciated, thank you

There is currently a bug where custom teams a re not loaded the first time but if you re-open the tournament it should work.

Will update here when fix

Found a dirty fix for it for now. Should be good
